2 1/2 cups flour

  1. Warm up the water to a temperature that is comfortable to touch. Add the yeast an the sugar. Stir sensually.

  2. Add the oil, apple cider vinegar and salt.

  3. Slowly integrate the flour.

  4. Fold the flour.

  5. once you have a loaf, let it rise for an hour.

  6. cook at 220°~ 30 min.
